Reporting Your Impact
The Consolidated Squadron Report (CSR) is the most critical document your squadron completes. This data is combined to create a final report for the U.S. Congress to justify our national charter and is used to verify annual awards at the National Convention.
Instructions for Success:
- Official Submission: All Louisiana Squadrons are requested to submit their reports online using the secure upload tool at the bottom of this page.
- Reporting Period: This report must cover all activities from June 1st to May 31st.
- Whole Numbers: Enter all donations or dollars spent in whole numbers.
- Don't use "0": If your squadron did not participate in a specific program, leave those fields blank.
- Deadlines: Completed reports must be submitted to the Louisiana Detachment by the June Convention (June 12-13, 2026).
*Note from the Detachment Adjutant: While the final date for National transmittal is July 1st, the Detachment must receive all Squadron reports by the June Convention to ensure Louisiana is fully represented in the National report.
